Both styles of La Fée make excellent
cocktails. There is in fact a sufficiently wide range of mixes and flavours
available to keep most coktail connoiseurs contently satisfied. The cocktails list have been divided into
classic and contemporary variants. Even Ernest Hemingway has chipped in!
OK, so his is a recipe for absinthe in general, but we assure it still
works fine with La Fée!
Green
Fairy La Fée Bohemian Absinth (1 shot), water (1 shot), fresh lemon juice, sugar (2-3 teaspoons), egg white (2 teaspoons) and a dash Angostura bitters. Shake all ingredients thoroughly. Strain into a martini glass.

Rock'n RollLa Fée Parisian Absinthe (30ml), peach liqueur (20ml), lemon juice (20ml), Monin pistachio syrup (15ml), a dash of Angostura bitters and a dash of egg white. Shake all ingredients thoroughly. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Star Anise.

ApplesinthLa Fée Bohemian Absinth (1 shot), apple schnapps (1 shot), apple juice (2 shots), passion fruit syrup (1 shot) and the juice of 1/2 lime. Shake and serve in a tumbler glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a twist of lime.

Colonial Rot La Fée Parisian Absinthe (1shot), citron vodka (1 shot), gomme / sugar syrup (1/2 shot), fresh lime juice (1/2 shot) and 5 mint leaves. Shake and serve in a high-ball glass. Top with soda and lemonade.
